Terrible experience with the Service Department and a salesman. Our vehicle, according to them, needed more than $1000.00 in engine repairs. They were not willing to give us a loaner vehicle while ours would have been fixed. They also stated that they wouldn't work on it until everything was paid for in advance. Payments were not acceptable. I would not recommend these people to anyone. What a ripoff with poor service.
We had a very pleasant experience. Dustin Hermanson was very professional and courteous. He had a vehicle waiting for us ready to test drive. He also had a very easy demeaner and made it easy to talk to him. He checked in often throughout the process to make sure everything was going well.

The purchase was a no-pressure experience, which was appreciated. We pre-shopped the vehicles on a Sunday and went to the dealership on Monday. We test drove the Santa Fe and Tucson and due to the differences, selected the Santa Fe. The price difference was negligible. To date, we are satisfied with the purchase.
