I like their best price policy where you don't have to haggle over a final price, and they gave me a fair trade on my old vehicle. Financing and extended warranty options were clearly explained. The purchase was a no-pressure experience, which was appreciated. We pre-shopped the vehicles on a Sunday and went to the dealership on Monday. We test drove the Santa Fe and Tucson and due to the differences, selected the Santa Fe. The price difference was negligible. To date, we are satisfied with the purchase.
